Reach Studio Guide

Step-by-step walkthroughs for every Reach Studio feature — from first article to full publishing workflow.

Publishing

Reach Studio publishes to every connected channel simultaneously. You write once — it adapts and distributes automatically.

Supported channels

ChannelContent typesNotes
WordPress / BlogFull articlesSends HTML with SEO metadata
FacebookPosts, link postsAuto-shortened, hashtags added
InstagramCaptionsStripped HTML, hashtag-optimised
TikTokVideo captions / scriptsShort-form adapted
LinkedInProfessional postsFormal tone applied
Twitter / XThreads or single posts280-char limit enforced

Connect a channel

Open Channels in the sidebar

Click Channels, then Add channel.

Choose the platform

Select the channel type. Each platform has its own connection flow.

Authorise access

WordPress: enter your site URL + an application password (generated in WordPress → Users → Application Passwords). Social platforms: click Connect and complete the OAuth flow in the pop-up.

Configure channel settings

Set the channel's default tone override (optional), hashtag rules, and whether to publish immediately or queue for review.

The approval workflow

Every AI-generated article lands in Needs Review status. The review board shows:

  • Full article text
  • SEO metadata (title, description, slug)
  • Target channel(s)
  • Validation alerts (low word count, missing keyword, etc.)

Approve → content is queued for all connected channels. Reject → add optional feedback; AI stores it as a learning lesson.

Most articles take under 2 minutes to review. The validation alerts catch the common issues before you even start reading.

Scheduling

When approving, you can choose:

  • Publish now — pushes to all channels immediately
  • Schedule — pick a specific date and time; Reach Studio queues it
  • Save as draft — keeps the article without publishing

Scheduled articles appear in your content calendar. You can reschedule or cancel at any time before the publish time.

Publish status tracking

After publishing, each article shows a status per channel:

  • Queued — waiting to publish
  • Publishing — in progress
  • Published — live, with a link to the post
  • Failed — an error occurred (see the error message for details)

If a channel fails, Reach Studio does NOT retry automatically to avoid duplicate posts. Check the error, fix the issue (e.g. expired token), and manually re-publish from the article's detail page.
