QA Specialist
We promise clients a live system within a week. That promise survives or dies on your testing — this is the seat where speed and quality aren't allowed to trade off against each other.
What you'll do
- •Test Reach Studio and Reach Ops end-to-end before every release — web, mobile, and every integration in between
- •Review AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and formatting in both Vietnamese and English — not just "does the button work"
- •QA every custom Business OS we build for a client before it goes live — our promise is live in a week, so you'll move fast without cutting corners
- •Write and maintain test checklists for the modules we rebuild across projects — POS integrations, payments, inventory, and more
- •Log, prioritize, and follow bugs through to closed with engineering — you own quality, not just reporting
- •Do a final cross-browser and mobile-responsiveness pass before we ship anything
What we're looking for
- •1+ years of hands-on QA or testing experience — manual is fine, you don't need to already know automation
- •Meticulous — you're the person who notices the detail everyone else scrolled past
- •You test like a real business owner would use the product, not just by following a script
- •Fluent Vietnamese (you'll be judging AI-generated Vietnamese content) and comfortable reading English docs
- •Based in Hanoi or able to work from our Thanh Xuan office
Nice to have
- •Experience testing SaaS, ERP, or POS software
- •Basic SQL — enough to check the data directly, not just the screen
- •Comfortable with browser dev tools and API testing tools like Postman
- •Exposure to automated testing (Playwright, Cypress) — you'll help decide where automation is worth building first

Marketing Specialist
Own the marketing of an AI company — and run it on the AI product we sell. Every campaign you ship doubles as the product demo.
What you'll do
- •Own our content calendar and SEO blog, published through Reach Studio itself
- •Grow our channels — Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram — with content that doesn't read like generic AI copy
- •Turn real customer results into case studies — interview customers, write the story, ship it
- •Carry positioning across three product lines — Reach Studio, Reach Ops, and our custom Business OS builds — without blurring any of them
- •Run our waitlist and lead-nurture funnel, and report back on what's actually converting
- •Messaging decisions get made directly with leadership — no long approval chain to sit in
What we're looking for
- •1-2+ years in marketing — content, growth, or social, agency or in-house, either is fine
- •You write clearly in Vietnamese and are comfortable in English
- •You're both strategist and doer — this isn't a "write the brief and hand it off" role
- •Genuinely curious about AI tools and already using them, not just willing to learn
Nice to have
- •SEO experience — on-page optimization, keyword research
- •Basic design skills (Canva or Figma) so you can ship a graphic without waiting on someone else
- •Experience marketing to SMB owners specifically
- •Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video
