Real companies, running it every day
Not a demo built for a video. These are companies that open the software at the start of the morning shift and close the books on it at night.
This list will get longer
We only publish a story once the customer has cleared it. A few more companies are running today; it isn't time to tell those yet.
Every company starts in the same place
Different industries, different sizes — but once we sit down for the discovery session, the problem is nearly always the same one.
A different tool for every department
Accounting keeps its own spreadsheet, the warehouse keeps a paper book, sales runs on a point-of-sale system, and every conversation lives in a few dozen Zalo groups. Nobody is doing anything wrong — there is just nowhere the numbers add up.
You find out how the day went at the end of it
To know what three branches sold, you wait for each one to close its books and message the total up. By the time the number exists the day is over and there is nothing left to do about it.
Something real to use in week one
No three-month analysis phase before the first screen appears. In the first week staff log in with their own phone number and clock in for real, on the company's own data.
It grows the way the company runs
Whatever is missing this week arrives next week. The difference isn't that the software does many things — it's that it does the thing this company actually needs, down to a payroll rule that exists nowhere else.
How we publish these numbers
This is the easiest page on the site to fake. So there are three rules, and we keep all three even when they make the figures less impressive.
- We publish only once the customer has agreed. We never use a company's name and tell them afterwards.
- Any figure not cleared for publication shows as a dash — no estimating, no rounding up to something prettier.
- The screens in these stories are mockups built from the customer's real feature set and real shape; the figures on them are examples. We never publish a capture of anyone's live data.
Common questions
- Can these numbers be verified?
- Site count, headcount and the number of features in daily use are real figures given to us by the customer. Business metrics like revenue or shrinkage appear only once the customer clears them — until then we leave the space empty rather than filling it in.
- My company is much smaller. Is any of this relevant?
- Yes. A three-showroom chain and a ten-person shop have the same problem: attendance, cash on hand, and knowing at the end of the day whether you made money. What differs is how many features are switched on, not how it works. A small shop usually starts with three and adds from there.
- How long before my company is running like this?
- There is a working version on your own data in the first week. Reaching twenty features in daily use, as in the story here, takes a few months — because features are added as you need them rather than dumped on you at once.
- Can I speak to one of your customers directly?
- Yes, if they agree to it. Mention it when you get in touch and we will ask on your behalf — but we won't promise on their behalf in advance.
