How Sport9 Vietnam runs its whole chain on Reach Ops
Hanoi's leading retailer of genuine football boots and pickleball gear — from scattered chat groups and spreadsheets to one platform.
www.sport9.vnThe situation
Three showrooms and a warehouse in Hanoi, running on chat groups, spreadsheets and separate sales software. Accounting, customer service, warehouse operations, counter sales and marketing each worked somewhere different — nobody saw the whole picture, and closing the day's numbers took hours.
The fix: the whole business on Reach Ops
Six groups of work went in — people, finance, sales, operations, written procedures and the AI assistant — across all three showrooms and the warehouse, on one system with a single source of data.
The outcome
One source of data for three showrooms and the warehouse. Cash counted every shift, with who is holding what and any shortfall visible at handover. Each site's takings matched against the bank statement. Procedures written down where staff can find them.
“I used to run this off my phone and a few dozen Zalo groups. Now at the end of a shift I can see who is holding how much and which site has not closed — I just open it.”
