Reach Studio Guide

Step-by-step walkthroughs for every Reach Studio feature — from first article to full publishing workflow.

Content plans

A content plan is your editorial calendar — a week-by-week schedule of what to write and when to publish it. Reach Studio builds the plan for you; you just decide the goal.

Two plan types

SEO Content Plan

You provide target keywords. Reach Studio proposes article titles optimised for each keyword, assigns them to your content clusters, and schedules them across your chosen timeframe. Every morning, your home screen shows exactly which article to write that day.

Social Media Plan

You select channels and a time horizon (this week, two weeks, or this month). Reach Studio schedules one post per channel per day, fills in post titles, and optionally groups posts around a campaign theme (product launch, seasonal promotion, etc.).

Create a SEO content plan

Open the SEO plan wizard

On the home screen, click SEO Content. The wizard asks for your target keywords.

Enter keywords

Type 1–5 keywords you want to rank for. Example: "vợt pickleball cho người mới", "pickleball Vietnam". One keyword per line.

Set the timeframe

Choose how many weeks the plan should cover: 1, 2, or 4 weeks.

Review the proposed plan

Reach Studio generates a list of article titles — one per keyword, plus supporting articles for longer-tail variations. Review and remove any you don't want.

Save the plan

Click Save plan. The articles appear on your home screen with their scheduled dates.

Create a social media plan

Open the Social plan wizard

On the home screen, click Social Media Plan.

Select channels and timeframe

Tick the channels to include (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and choose the plan length.

Add an optional campaign theme

If you have a promotion or launch coming up, enter a campaign theme. Reach Studio will orient posts around it.

Review and save

Each channel gets one post per day. Review the titles and save the plan.

Writing from the plan

Each plan item on your home screen has a Write now button. Clicking it opens the article editor pre-filled with the title and target keyword — you just approve or edit the AI draft.

Plans are flexible. You can delete items, drag to reschedule, or add new articles at any time without disrupting the rest of the plan.
