Brand voice
Generic AI content sounds generic. Reach Studio learns your brand's voice and applies it consistently — across every article, every channel, every week.
Default tone
Set your project-level default tone in Project settings → Brand voice:
| Tone | What it sounds like |
|---|---|
| Professional | Formal, precise, authoritative — suited for B2B or financial topics |
| Casual | Relaxed, conversational, approachable — suited for consumer brands |
| Friendly | Warm, encouraging, helpful — suited for education or service businesses |
| Authoritative | Confident, direct, expert — suited for thought leadership |
Per-channel tone overrides
Different platforms call for different voices. A LinkedIn post from a B2B brand should sound different from their TikTok.
In Channels → [channel name] → Tone, you can override the default tone for any channel:
- LinkedIn → Professional
- Facebook → Friendly
- TikTok → Casual
- WordPress blog → Authoritative
Channel overrides are applied automatically — you don't need to think about it at publish time. Set it once and every piece of content adapts.
The rejection feedback loop
Every time you reject an article, you can add a note:
"Too sales-y — sounds like an ad, not a guide" "Too formal for TikTok" "Stop using the phrase 'leverage' — not our style"
Reach Studio stores these as AI lessons and injects them into future generation prompts for that project or channel. The more feedback you give, the more accurate the AI becomes.
Lessons are per-project. If you manage multiple brands (multiple projects), each brand's lessons are completely isolated.
Channel memory
When you first connect a social channel, Reach Studio reads your last 20 published posts (if available) to understand your existing style — before you've given it any feedback. This gives the AI a head start on matching your voice.
Advanced: custom vocabulary
In Project settings → Brand voice → Advanced, you can define:
- Always use — phrases or words your brand prefers (e.g. "đồng hành" instead of "hỗ trợ")
- Never use — words or phrases to avoid (e.g. competitor brand names, jargon)
These rules are hard constraints — the AI will not violate them regardless of the generated content.
What's next?
- Video scripts — brand voice applies to video scripts too
- Content plans — build consistent content that always sounds like you
