Get started with Reach Studio

Reach Studio takes you from blank page to published article in minutes. This guide walks you through your first session from project setup to hitting publish.

The whole flow — project → channel → article → publish — takes about 10 minutes on your first try. It gets faster every time.

1. Create your project

A project is your workspace for one brand or website. Most businesses have one project; agencies create one per client.

Sign in and open the Board

Go to your Reach Studio Board URL and sign in. You land on the home screen.

Name your project

Click New project, enter your brand name, select your industry, and choose your default language (Vietnamese or English).

Set your brand tone

Pick the tone that matches how your brand communicates: Professional, Casual, Friendly, or Authoritative. You can change this any time.

2. Add a publishing channel

A channel is where your content is published — your WordPress blog, Facebook page, TikTok account, etc.

Open Channels

From the left sidebar, click Channels, then Add channel.

Choose a channel type

Select the platform: WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Twitter/X.

Connect and configure

Follow the connection prompts for your platform. For WordPress, enter your site URL and generate an application password. For social platforms, you'll authorise via OAuth.

You can start writing and approving content before connecting a channel — just leave publishing for later.

3. Write your first article

Choose a starting path

On the home screen, pick one of the four guided paths: SEO Content, Social Media Plan, Hot Trends, or Write Now. For your first article, choose Write Now.

Enter your topic

Type the topic you want to write about. Be specific — "Best pickleball paddles for beginners" produces a better result than "pickleball".

Review the draft

Reach Studio generates a full article in about 30 seconds. Read through it — check the structure, tone, and key points. Use the editor toolbar to make inline changes.

4. Approve and publish

Click Approve

When you're happy with the article, click Approve. The article moves to the publishing queue.

Choose publish time

Select Publish now to send immediately, or pick a scheduled date and time.

Confirm

Reach Studio adapts the content for each connected channel (correct format, length, hashtags) and publishes simultaneously.

Your first article is live. Reach Studio tracked every step — approval, publish time, channel status — all visible in the article's detail view.
