Integration & cost review
Keep the software you already run. We connect it — then take away what you do not need.
Nobody wants to drop a point-of-sale system that works just to move to a new one. Our job is to wire them together, and to show you where you are paying twice.

Three ways in, depending on how far the other system opens up
Not every product lets anyone else read its data. So there are three routes, and we take the one that actually works rather than the one that sounds best.
It has an open API — connect directly
Orders, customers and stock flow into one place and nobody retypes anything. KiotViet is the live example running every day at a current customer: the system pulls orders in, reconciles them, and shows them per site.
You already have your own system — we read your API
An online store, an internal tool, a legacy system somebody else built: we call the API that already exists rather than making that team change code. We did exactly this against a customer's own storefront — not a line changed on their side.
It will not connect — go by file
Bank statements exported to Excel are read and matched automatically against each site's takings, and any variance shows immediately. Accounting packages like Misa and VACOM do not open up to third parties, so we reconcile first and export in their format — accounting imports once instead of retyping every order.
The software bill — the one thing almost nobody adds up
Most companies cannot say exactly what they spend on software each month, because the charges sit across a few cards and a few different signatures. The first discovery session always includes one task: listing all of it in one table, including the auto-renewals nobody remembers.
Paying twice
Two products doing the same job, bought by two departments at two different times.
Paying for empty seats
Per-seat licences where the person left months ago and nobody cancelled the account.
Paying for a bigger plan than you use
Upgraded for one feature, used it twice, still paying that tier every month since.
Paying a person to do what a script does
Data entry or manual matching for work an automation finishes in seconds.
We do not promise a savings percentage up front — every company differs, and promising one would be reckless. What we can commit to is that you walk away with the full list, even if the conclusion is that you are already lean and nothing needs changing.
What we typically connect
Two columns, and we hold the line between them: the left is running at a real customer today, the right is written per project.
Running today
- KiotViet — orders, customers, stock
- Bank statements — matching takings and transfers per site
- A customer's own storefront — product and price lookup via its existing API
- VietQR bank directory — account selection when approving staff records
Built per project
- Other point-of-sale systems: Sapo, Nhanh.vn, Haravan, custom POS
- Marketplaces: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
- Couriers: delivery status, COD reconciliation
- Accounting packages: exports in Misa, VACOM and Fast formats
The right-hand column is not sitting there ready to switch on. We write it when your project needs it — usually a few days per connector, and it sits inside the quote rather than being billed as a separate integration fee.
Common questions
- Do I have to drop the KiotViet, Sapo or Misa I already use?
- No. The default is to keep them: your sales staff carry on using the same system, and the data is pulled into one place so you can see the whole picture. Dropping something only comes up when you decide you no longer need it.
- What if the software I use has no API?
- It still connects, just by another route — reading a scheduled export, or reconciling and writing back in the format the other side accepts. Bank statements already work exactly this way: the downloaded Excel is read and matched automatically against each site's takings.
- Is the cost review billed separately?
- No. Listing your software spend is part of the first discovery session, and that session is free. Even if you decide not to work with us afterwards, the list is yours.
- Is it safe to move data between systems like this?
- Connections run inside your own system, not through a server shared with other customers. API keys are stored encrypted, access is granted per person, and every sync records who ran it, when, and what it pulled.
