What to write for the most accurate quote
You don't need to prepare documents. But the four things below sharpen the quote by however many of them you have — without any of them we still ask in the discovery session, it just costs a beat.
The manual job that eats the most time
For example: adding up attendance for forty people from three spreadsheets at month end. Or asking each branch every evening what they sold. Describe whatever annoys you most.
How many people will use it, and who they are
Ten sales staff on phones is a very different build from three accountants at desks. This number shapes the interface far more than it shapes the price.
What software you run today
KiotViet, Sapo, Misa, one shared spreadsheet, or nothing at all — every one of those is a valid answer. It decides whether we connect to something or start clean.
Any date you have to hit
A new branch opening, the start of a financial year, a peak season coming up. Say so early and we put the work that matters into week one.

Staff log in with their own phone number and do real work on it. From week two, whatever is missing gets built when you say so.

Common questions
- Is that really one week, or marketing-week?
- Really one week, but it matters what that week produces: the most important piece of the job, working, on your real data. Not a finished product — that grows week by week afterwards. The clock starts when both sides agree the scope, not when you press send.
- Roughly what does it cost?
- It depends on scope, so we don't hang a pretty number here and change it later. What we can say up front: no per-seat licences, no hourly consulting fees, and the quote states what is and isn't included before you decide.
- Who owns the software once it's built?
- You do, along with the data and the server access. We don't hold the keys as leverage for a later negotiation. If you want another team to maintain it, we hand over source and documentation with no exit fee.
- Does anyone fix bugs after handover?
- Yes. Anything blocking sales is handled the same day, and security patches we apply ourselves. New features are quoted separately, but small fixes are usually done within 24 hours at no extra charge.
- We have a half-finished project from another vendor. Will you take it?
- Usually yes, but only after reading the code. Sometimes taking it over is cheaper than rewriting and sometimes it's the reverse — we tell you honestly which one your case is, including when the answer is a rewrite.
